On September 26, 2023, Zhejiang Governor Wang Hao visited the districts of Kecheng, Qujiang, and Longyou in the city of Quzhou. He visited Hengchuan New Material Co.,Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hengda New Material Co.,Ltd. and had an in-depth exchange with the company's management.
Governor Wang Hao pointed out that the implementation of the "415X" (Advanced Manufacturing Cluster Cultivation Project) is a major measure for Zhejiang province to build a global advanced manufacturing base and a Zhejiang-style modern industrial system. He hoped that enterprises would remain committed to manufacturing, focus on the development of high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing, take transformation and upgrading as a chance for rebirth, take technological innovation as the best weapon to meet challenges, and work with perseverance to continuously strengthen and improve the enterprise, accelerate the development of a new path to industrialization with Zhejiang characteristics.
