Recently, the winners of the 2026 China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) Science and Technology Awards were officially announced. As a major participating organization, Zhejiang Hengda New Material Co., LTD., in collaboration with Zhejiang University of Science and Technology and other partners, received the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award for the project Key Technologies for Functional Enhancement and Low-Carbon Manufacturing of Paper-Based New Materials. This recognition highlights the company's strong innovation capabilities and technical expertise in the field of specialty paper materials.
The CGCC Science and Technology Award is a national science and technology award officially registered with China's Ministry of Science and Technology. The China General Chamber of Commerce is also authorized to nominate candidates for the National Science and Technology Awards.
