On November 22, Zhejiang Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in Hangzhou. The "Key Technologies and Applications for Lightweight Green Manufacturing of Paper-based New Materials" project in which Hengchuan New Material participated won the Second Prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award
Under the background of "dual carbon", the project team has spent more than 10 years on industry-academia-research. It effectively solves many technical problems in the manufacturing process of new paper-based materials and produces high-performance and low-quantity paper-based functional materials. The achievements are applied to special paper-based new materials, which can effectively reduce the weight of paper-based functional materials by more than 30%, achieving lightweight products and green manufacturing processes.
The promotion and application of this project has brought significant economic, social and ecological benefits, effectively promoted the high-quality development of Zhejiang Province's paper industry, and also played a leading role in the transformation and upgrading of my country's paper industry.
