Recently, "Hengchuan New Material Industrial Internet Platform for Industrial Chain Collaborative Manufacturing" has been successfully selected in the list of 2025 Provincial Industrial Internet Platforms. This is not only an important milestone in the development history of Hengchuan New Material, but also a high recognition of its efforts and achievements in accelerating the development of industrial Internet and promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
Amid the wave of digitalization, Hengchuan New Material has actively embraced changes and made every effort to build an industrial Internet platform. Up to now, it has successfully constructed 25 industry mechanism models, developed 37 industrial APPs, and achieved compatible adaptation of 4 industrial protocols, continuously leading the intelligent upgrading of the industry. The implementation of this platform can not only improve production efficiency and reduce the non-conforming rate of quality, but also lower unit costs as well as comprehensive energy consumption and carbon emissions, realizing a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
