To further attract and retain talent, Hengda New Material has purchased a batch of talent apartments in residential areas near the factory for qualified high-end talents to live in.
The talent apartments are fully furnished and consist of two bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms. In principle, the allocation of these apartments is subject to the following conditions: applicants must have a full-time bachelor's degree or higher and must not own a house within Longyou. And priority is given to employees with doctoral degrees, master's degrees, senior engineers, engineers, and employees with long service years.
