On August 8, 2025, Hengda New Material received special guests: participants of an international training program organized by China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute, including papermaking professionals, professors and enterprise executives from Egypt, Bangladesh, Indonesia and other countries. They gathered at Hengda New Material for in-depth visits and exchanges.
Members of the international training program first visited the product exhibition hall and laboratory of Hengda New Material. In the product exhibition hall, a variety of specialty paper products were on display, covering 4 major series (medical packaging paper, food packaging paper, industrial supporting paper and cigarette supporting paper). This gave international visitors a direct sense of Hengda New Material's product diversity in the specialty paper field. Meanwhile, the advanced equipment and professional researchers in the laboratory fully demonstrated the company's strong R&D capabilities.
At the subsequent symposium, Hengda New Material introduced its latest development achievements and strategic plans to the members of training program. In terms of achievements, Hengda New Material has made continuous breakthroughs in technological innovation. It has a provincial enterprise R&D center, a provincial special paper-based new material research institute, and an academician expert workstation, with more than 40 invention patents granted. In terms of strategic planning, the company will continue to focus on the field of primary packaging base paper for medical and food use, in line with the industry's major trends of replacing plastics with paper, green environmental protection and consumption upgrading.
Hengda New Material stated that it was honored to receive foreign friends and discuss the development trends and technological breakthroughs of the papermaking industry with international peers in the sector.
